Azibi S.L. is responsible for designing, building and renovating some of Ibiza’s finest villas and fincas. It was founded by Janet Cook, Steve Hughes and Claudio Petrucci in 1999. The trio spent twenty years renovating heritage properties in London before heading to the sunnier climes of Ibiza. They originally specialised in renovating older properties in Ibiza but the business expanded rapidly and now encompasses a bespoke construction and renovation company that has the capacity to construct a luxury villa, renovate a run down finca or freshen up an apartment and also has a property search department. Services are entirely customised to each client’s individual requirements and budget.

Construction of New Properties
Azibi S.L. has several luxury villas under development in Ibiza at the moment. Can Trucci is a 500m2 minimalist luxury villa in Cap Martinet designed by Belgian architect Bruno Erpicum that is scheduled for completion in autumn 2009. Azibi is also scheduled to break ground on two villa projects in a stunning rural setting near Santa Gertrudis. Renovations and Refurbishments
Azibi S.L. has established relationships with several teams of architects, builders, carpenters, structural engineers, landscape gardeners and other trade specialists who can perform an array of jobs on apartments, traditional fincas as well as villas on a grander scale. On our first meeting we will assess the scope of the work and will give you an overview of what we think is required. If we are appointed, we will start design meetings, present ideas and source materials. When the concept is agreed, we will provide the necessary drawings and applications for planning, building control and other relevant authorities. During the build, we will be on-site daily and post construction, we will supervise any remedial work and continue to work on the project until the snagging has been completed. Property Search
We will search for and view properties in Ibiza that meet your criteria for you and compile a list and show you those closest to your brief. We will arrange structural surveys, negotiate with estate agents, supply an experienced lawyer and assist with arranging mortgage finance and should you wish to rent your property, assist with this.
